I used to binge late at night, hiding wrappers and feeling ashamed. OA changed everything. Hearing others share helped me feel less alone. Today, I have a sponsor, I work the steps, and I no longer eat in secret. I’m free from the shame.

I joined OA at 64, thinking it was too late to change. I was wrong. With time and support, I’ve lost weight, gained confidence, and found peace. You’re never too old to start over.
